Personal introductionQiu Xueqing, doctor, Professor, doctoral supervisor.He is currently the president of Guangdong University of technology.He is an expert with special allowance from the State Council and a winner of the National Science Fund for distinguished young people. He has been selected into the national "ten million" talent project in the new century.He is also a member of the 7th discipline evaluation group of the State Council (Chemical Engineering and technology discipline group), and deputy chief editor of the Chemical Engineering Journal of colleges and universities and fine chemical industry.

He is mainly engaged in the research of resource efficient utilization of industrial lignin and new extraction process. He has won the second prize of national technological invention twice (ranking first), the first and second prizes of ministry and provincial science and technology for 5 times, China Patent Excellence Award for 3 times, and Guangdong Patent Gold Award for 2 times.Won the Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award (2018) and the outstanding contribution award of Min Enze energy and Chemical Industry Award (2015).He won the first prize of national teaching achievement once and the second prize twice.More than 300 SCI / EI papers have been published, 62 Chinese invention patents have been authorized, and 2 American patents have been granted.
