Long term engaged in green fine chemical industry, functional polymer composite materials, electronic chemicals and other aspects of application research.The self-developed boron containing high-performance silicon-boron resin can withstand high temperature of 400-450 ℃; high-end heat-resistant and weather resistant anticorrosive coatings have been developed; and insulating materials for semiconductor packaging and printed circuit copper clad laminates have been developed. Among them, the high thermal conductivity halogen-free composite insulation adhesive with high thermal conductivity (≥ 2.5W / m · K), high insulation performance and high mechanical processing performance has reached the national standardIn the leading level.It has successively undertaken more than 30 major scientific research projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, natural science foundation of Guangdong Province, major research projects of application-oriented Industry University Research Institute of Guangdong Province and horizontal projects of enterprises. More than 80 academic papers have been published at home and abroad, and 15 invention patents have been authorized. The achievements have been transformed into many enterprises and won the 2018 China Industry University Research Cooperation Promotion Award.
